What are the modes of travel in the countries we visit? +

We use scheduled flights for international travel, private deluxe air-conditioned motorcoaches for land transits, and local ferries, cruises, or trains where indicated in the tour itineraries (e.g., speedboats at Pattaya, double-decker buses in New York, and Nile cruise liners in Cairo).

What type of cuisine do we follow during the tour? +

We prioritize Indian cuisine (with Gujarati, South Indian, Vegetarian, and Jain options prepared by local partners) to ensure the comfort of our Indian tour groups, alongside select local dishes where indicated in the itinerary to enjoy the local culture.

What schedule do we follow during the tour? +

Every itinerary has a distinct day-by-day schedule. Because we cross multiple international borders and respect specific hotel check-in/check-out boundaries, our tour manager details each day's wake-up call, coach boarding time, and dining times during the tour.

What kind of medicines do we have to carry during the tour? +

There is no specific company requirement for medication. However, if you are undergoing any treatment or have chronic ailments, carry an adequate stock of your medicines in your hand baggage alongside a valid doctor's prescription for security clearance.

What is the nature of the visa? +

Depending on embassy laws and destinations, the visa can be an electronic visa (E-Visa), a printed copy carried along, a visa stamped directly on the passport, or a visa issued upon border arrival. We handle all processing steps on your behalf.

What clothing do we have to wear during the travel? (Do we have to carry anything?) +

Carry comfortable clothing (e.g. Kurta, shirts, jeans/trousers) and supportive sports shoes suited for walking tours. For specific sites (like Coptic churches, the Dead Sea, or mountain climbs), carrying items like towels, modest attire covering shoulders/knees, or jackets is advised. Full lists will be provided during pre-departure briefings.

Do we have to exchange currency for shopping in other countries? +

Yes. Carrying US Dollars (USD) or regional currency (Jordanian Dinar, Israeli Shekel, Egyptian Pound, UAE Dirham, Singapore Dollars) is highly recommended. Our team assists in coordinating currency exchange with licensed dealers before departure.
